Return Policy – All Sales Final (with Exceptions for Damaged Items)
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry. All sales are final.
However, if your item arrives damaged or has a defect, we will gladly replace it. You must report any issues within 7 days of delivery by contacting us with clear photos and your order number.
Please be sure to double-check your order before placing it. We want you to love your purchase, and we’ll always do right by our customers when it counts.
📦 Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your package has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, we are no longer responsible for any delays, delivery issues, or lost/stolen packages that may occur during transit.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
If you experience a delay, a package marked as delivered but not received, or any other delivery-related issue, we kindly ask that you contact USPS directly for further assistance using your tracking number.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to monitor your shipment through the tracking details provided once your order has been fulfilled.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
