SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY

If youre not completely happy with your purchase, its fine! Please keep in mind the following:

Items marked “Sale”, “Final Sale” or purchased with a discount code are not eligible for store credit or exchanges or returns. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

Customized items are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges or store credit will be issued

Sale items (if applicable)
Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a couple of purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.

Exchanged Items
We only replace items if they are DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED, not because you purchased the wrong item.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@shopchantalj.com with your name, order number, the item(s) being returned, and your reason for returning. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response email.

Customized items are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges or store credit will be issued

EXCHANGE

An exchange is only offered if the item you received was defective or you received the wrong item (which is rare but mistakes do happen).


SHIPPING

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier.l After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 48 hours to process your order and ship it out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped .If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to sales@shopchantalj.com.

Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Length of time will vary depending on your zip code.

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order, please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. Once the package is in transit to the customer, Chan'tal J is no longer responsible for the package. Should a package get lost in the mail, please contact USPS to file a claim. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

THINGS TO KNOW

Chantal J will not process a credit if item appears to have been worn. Store credit is only issued if the item(s) is returned unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (makeup/deodorant, etc) and with any/all product tags still attached.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for returned items that get lost in the mail.
