[Q] How long does shipping take for my t shirts ?
[A] Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. A majority of our shirts are print on demand.

[Q] My shirt is too big/small and I'd like to return/exchange it. How do I go about doing that?
[A] Shirt can be returned to Chantal J, 11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273. Item must be returned in the same condition that it was sent in. Send an email to sales@shopchantalj.com with your order number stating why you're returning the item.

[Q] How do I check on the status of my order?
[A] Confirmations  are sent via email automatically once an order and payment are received. 

[Q] Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
[A] No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

[Q] How do I track my package after it has been shipped?
[A] As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package. 

[Q] What forms of payment do you accept?
[A] We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American  Express & PayPal.
