TERMS OF AGREEMENT

PREORDERS/CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

Preorders and customized orders take 4-6 weeks for processing. Please allow up to 2 additional weeks for your preorder to ship after this date. Once you preorder has been processed, it cannot be changed. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Please note that all in stock orders placed with a preordered item will ship together when the pre ordered item is ready to ship. 

If you would like to receive your in stock items first, you must place two orders ; one for in stock items and the other for pre ordered items.

RETURN POLICY/EXCHANGE

We only replace items if they are DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED, not because theyre the wrong size. There is a size guide at the bottom of the page for the shirts. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@shopchantalj.com with your name, order number, the item(s) being returned, and your reason for returning. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response email. If the item is damaged , you must contact us within 2 business days to exchange that item for the same one. Sale items cannot be returned. NO REFUNDS

Items marked “Sale”, “Final Sale” or purchased with a discount code are not eligible for store credit or exchanges. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Customized items are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges or store credit will be issued

SHIPPING 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for returned items that get lost in the mail.

All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following Monday; while all orders placed on National Holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Although we try our best to deliver your items in a speedy fashion, Chan’tal J does not guarantee specific delivery times. You may track your order at anytime using the USPS Tracking number we send to you once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please Note: Chan’tal J is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. In the rare event your package has been lost, delayed or stolen please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). By completing a purchase with Chan’tal J, you are agreeing to our shipping and delivery policy.

Due to COVID, delays can happen with USPS. I ship same day when orders are placed before 8pm between Monday and Thursday. Please give yourself enough time when placing an order with me. Should your package not arrive before a certain date, refunds will NOT be given. I am not responsible for your package once it’s been dropped off to USPS. Please contact them (1-800-ASK-USPS) should you have any questions or concerns regarding your package.  

 SIZING

SHIRTS ARE UNISEX and run a little big considering they're sized for men. Choose wisely. 

Ladies, I suggest going down a size if you like your shirts snug.  I (the owner, Chantal) am wearing a SMALL in all of my pictures
