In-stock Jewelry: Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and fulfillment before your order ships. Please remember that this is business is ran by one person and every order is personally packaged by me. Thank you for your patience as I work to get your order to you.

Apparel & Merch: Please allow 7-10 business days for production and shipping as these items are printed on demand

Pre-Ordered Items: Pre-orders require additional production time and may take up to 6 weeks to ship. By purchasing a pre-ordered item, you acknowledge and agree to this timeline. All preorder sales are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged during the production period. 

Shipping & Delivery: Once your order has been fulfilled and and accepted by USPS, it is in the carrier's possession. While I'll always do my best to assist, I don't have control over shipping times, delivery delays, lost packages or weather related disruptions. If your package experiences a shipping issue, please contact USPS first as they can provide the most up to date tracking information and assist with locating your package. 

Also, please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Packages returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address will require a reshipment fee before they can be mailed again.
