Broken stem

I loved my earrings. I wore them to work with so much pride. Unfortunately, I found one earring on the floor in my office with the stem broken off. I no longer have a pair but I'm rocking the one earring in my 2nd hole.

Continent Error

I have tried to get in touch with you about these earrings. The left earring has the continent reversed. The left coast that normally sticks out is on the right side of the earring. I was so disappointed to see this because I ordered them for a Mother's Day present for my sister. She really liked them so I just ordered another pair and gave her the two correct earrings. This needs to be fixed ASAP! You don't want people looking at your earrings on people and thinking we are not too bright because we are wearing our continent turned around backwards.
