Placed an order for the first time and there was an issue with quality. While I appreciated the update, the purchase was a gift for someone in another state and I had a trip planned to visit and give to them. I reached out to Chantal and explained and she moved my order up to be shipped sooner and it indeed arrived in time. My friend LOVED the gift and I will be ordering again.

I found out about Chan'tal J a few years back via that famous videos about your products being for people who look like you. That alone, made me want to patronize your shop. Once I received you products, I was not disappointed. One of the first items I ordered was the silver, open, faced, small Africa earrings. I can tell you, they still look like the day I purchased them. Thank you for trying to keeping things sacred for people who look like you.
